Thats one way to look at it and I admire your optimism. The other view is that normally at worst some minor contracts would be signed to assist with the justification for the continued investment in infrastructure. The fact this hasnt been announced, so I assume then they havent been signed, is a concern. With the global demand for iron-ore and the supposed future capacity you would have thought contracts would be well and truely done
