So then, if the patent sits with Tata Steel, which it most likely does, does that mean that they can use the patent info if he leaves the company? ie: Have another scientist duplicate the research/results. As you said, it's intellectual property protection, so how does it work? Is it a case of anyone concerned with the original creation of the patent having use of it? So if you have 4 workers and a company, all 5 "entities" have the ability to use the information as they see fit?
