Ann: 1PG Announces Fully Underwritten Institutional Placement, page-49

Company has not updated any activities in the last 4-5 months and they have hired lots of sales/marketing and engineers meanwhile. There is something going on for sure about this company. I wont be surprise if they do an announcement of $20-30 mil new bookings sometime soon.
I am big time red in this with average of $2.80 but i dont wanna sell it. I'd rather lose the rest as well than selling now.
