I figured all this would result in was less investment in exploration and disappearance of higher cost producers. This eventuated and I'm hoping a similar sort of thing will happen in magensium.
I just had a look at some forecasts made in April this year by abnamro.
2005 -0.5c EPS
2006 4.7c EPS
2007 7.6c EPS
2008 11.2c EPS
2009 8.8c EPS
2010 9.3c EPS
It seems to make todays price of 8 cents for an anm share cheap.
Small chance you will lose the 8 cents but upside sure seems worth the risk. Many dont seem to agree though so I could be wrong.
