Looks like a few more suckers to draw in before the light is turned off IMO, or a new shell with existing holders diluted to oblivion then rinse and repeat. Yes it is tradable and many bags to be made and lost but when the music stops you better have a chair to sit on.
There would have been some very serious misrepresentations with that AT&T announcement for them to be 'pulling out'. For all we know it could have been just an "ok we'll trial the product" letter and XTV spun it out of proportion out of desperation. For starters, how do you order US$92.5 million worth of an unknown product WITHOUT even piloting a trial ???? With the crappy interface that we've seen with XTV how is that going to work with the dinosaur 3DTV unit? All I see is the usual big word spins without any substance. And you CANNOT do that with a major.

I can't be bothered reading all the posts since this announcement but has anyone ever asked who are these dinosaur 3DTV mobs? Why haven't they gone their own way or go to a major for their revolutionary patented product? And if all production facilities are already up and running with 200 employees why aren't they selling any units yet? Oh I get it - it won't work without XTV!
So XTV now has about 3 months life line left to (desperately) make this acquisition work. Joe will need another equally sensational headline but the attention now won't be as well received. If those dinosaur 3DTV vendors are any good they may terminate their agreement with XTV altogether due to the latest debacle. But I suspect they're only happy to vend it to XTV for a chance of getting something out of it - how ever slight that chance is.
Ooh I could go on a lot longer but I have a life to live. Good luck folks and I hope you won't be a sucker like I was.
And - would this acquisition requires re-compliance with the ASX, in which case it is an RTO?
Anyhow, even if the acquisition is successful I still don't believe that their new product will be.
