They were saying on one hand they weren't going to supply any more funding but they initially went after the $5mil finance facility which was going to be used for Atzam/LAR.
For whatever reason they changed their mind and decided to look for a farm-in partner so they didn't have to put up any more cash so they didn't need the $5mil any more.
