Just my thoughts here, but I am not so sure about it falling below 60c. My assumption is that most LT holders will take up the opportunity and hold on to their shares given that on the whole they are very loyal and see the true potential value of the company. The recent Blue Ocean report strategic value of $2.20 per share may reinforce this view.

More recent holders that qualify for the SPP may in fact average down with their allocation. Although they may not have the paper profits already enjoyed by LT holders, that $2.20 strategic value is a giant incentive to keep holding.

Given that PLS has the potential to contribute to world changing technology with its product, the "normal" rules with regard to SPP's and trading may not apply. I'm not suggesting that there is a continual daily increase in the SP, but more like the overall trend over a long period of time will be one that is increasing as it has for the last 12 months.

The question then is: Is a SP of between $3 - $4 a realistic long term target?

    Cheers, TCS
