With more dedicated sales resources starting up, Silicon Valley sales veteran (LinkedIn profile fits the bill) being brought on as COO, a few high profile fee-paying companies to reference as case studies, a simplified pricing model and an extremely low EV, don't see why this can't be valued at multiples of what we are now.

This is the tech game, deals don't always go through, you don't always retain all clients, I think people's expectations need to readjust. Mind you, I don't think the communication approach that was taken here was the best initially creating the hype. I guess everyone wants the best, but sometimes it doesn't workout and you have to be valued on your merits, not your optimistic forecasts.
