Well this has massive potential to grow revenue and in leaps and bounds. It should mean a lot quicker and deeper penetration into markets and possibly in countries and areas that could take Alexium some time to have the resources to develop a presence in. Market share could grow very quickly.

So will Alexium licence out the use of their technologies to partners who will produce the chemistries themselves and on-sell to their customers? Will this be treated as a royalty based receipt in Alexium’s accounts so as not to distort Sales and COGS from direct sales?
How much sales % / royalty will Alexium take?
Will products still be branded as Alexium products sold through these partners?
Could this also mean that an offer to buy Alexium comes quicker, if one or more of these companies is large (they are major players) and they see their customers swing towards Alexium products and to avoid having to pay Alexium a royalty, why not buy the company?
