A genuine question with no intention of down ramping whatsoever.
Many similar products are being sold around 800 USD or more. It's probably because it costs money to put an ARM processor, wireless receiver, a camera, a motor or two, a rechargeable battery, the blades, the housing etc. Obviously if the margins are low, you want to mass produce and mass sell to take advantage of economy of scale.

Would the Chinese manufacturer accept cash, shares, upfront, delayed, in instalments. Does anyone have a clue or does the company mention it somewhere?
