colonnade, i don't think that there is any disclosure requirement on options, same as there are no voting rites, dividend right or any rights that are associated with the full share. the only right associated with an option is the right to exercise it.
if all options were to be exercised there would be around 80m shares (from memory) so a 4m holding would constitute a 5% position
