Guys, you are missing the point... I will repeat again: it is NOT the government. Government in Brazil is not worried about anything but to save their own a**. Please read the original article again. Government was really happy with the first deal. The lawsuit is being moved by public prosecutors and they are independent from the government. The public prosecutors are also suing the government for making this exact deal.
