1. If they go into another trading halt to raise capital, my converted options are subject to the CR. Options are not and they will generally make the cut off date that of the trading halt (not allowing you to exercise your options in order to have them subject to the CR)
2. They would also be subject to a dividend (which I am sure we would all agree is unlikely unless they get royalties - which I am sure we would get prior notification of).
3. They are also subject to voting rights.
4. Ease off offloading as well .. but that is minor in the scheme of things (1 trade cost)

I don't get #1, converted options subject to CR.
I assume you mean that if a future CR is done via a share purchase plan then you want to be entitled. If so that's a long shot.
