So, let me get this straight.
The original offer date was extended due to Anzac day - clearly well short at last Friday.
Offer is extended, and in the middle of the extension it is so short still that they now get a part of the offer underwritten, for a 6% fee, and some fluffy words about 'intentions'.
I hope the underwriters have some extra info to risk their $, as currently the SP can move 6% in an instant.
Sounds desperate to me, no matter how others want to dress it up.
