The difference is that I have sat accross the table more than once from the 2 senior people I think you refer to and my assessment is that the exsiting people are by far the best bet going forward, especially while we are in this financially sqeezed position.
Obviously their are better people out there, their has to be. But their not coming to PGI . Any smart career CEO would take one look at PGI and run a hundred miles. The only thing a CEO can achieve at PGI is reputational Damage.
What you will get are some upcoming wanabee's who probably think they can fix it, who will come in in with grand ideas, have a big capital raise, spend lots of money, achieve nothing(except for dillution) and walk away in a couple of years when they have completely fu%%k the situation.
The reality is if the 2 senoir management leave the company then you will have to race me to the exit door. PGI is the worst investment I have ever made. But I am not going to make it even worse by wanting to replace the people who are now key to me ever getting a reasonable portion of my investment back.
What I dont understand is why are you still a shareholder. You clearly dont believe in the current management and given the current financial situation management are more important than ever and given the current shareholding's and relationships of the CEO their is no chance he is leaving unless he decides too.
So management are not changing so I keep asking, why dont you sell.
Your general inference is that the company is run by a couple ameteurs that dont know what their doing. You infer that the current management have not learnt lessons and would just repeat the same mistakes. This is just complete rubbish. The reverse would be correct. New management will make several of the same mistakes again
