I am an Investor is FAR, just like many here.
When something does not work, I want changes made.
It is no different than running my own business.
If it does not work, I change strategy, change personnel, change my team, find new products, new markets, new marketing etc etc etc, so to improve our bottom line.
I treat my investment in FAR, like a business - and like any business investment, I want a return on it.
And I am NOT here to fall in Love with FAR management.
Or tolerate failures!!!
After all, they are paid high salaries to deliver results, not excuses - as FAR as I am concern, it is a Business relationship, Not a personal one.
I am here to hold the managers of my investment to account, for its performance (or lack of it)!!!
