I personally think this is one of the most positive steps yet. I have always had doubt about TIVAN feasibility. SMS exchanging their IP for ours means they see feasible use for TIVAN. Also the royalty arrangement is nice - SMS effectively becomes a TIVAN seller for TNG - should generate some nice pocket change for us in time. The problem is: we need to get our mine off the ground first, before any competitor starts using TIVAN to get ahead of us.

I see the M&A commentators are taking notice too. That's a good sign.

Overall, a very nice announcement - something that should entice the big end of the market to start holding TNG.
