You could pretend your a potential customer walk in to their office and see whats going on, chat to staff etc to gt a feel for the place...look listen and pay attention, find out where they go after work and mingle in with the crowd and ask discrete questions lol look through their rubbish, maybe apply to the cleaner for a part time job to clean out their rubbish...now if you only have a few thousand in NOR you might not bother but if you had bet a few more thousand than that well i would go check the place out ....and i bet it happens a fair bit ..... but guess what some people buy cafes and other businesses and dont do much checking at all and then wonder how they bought a lemon...the laws keep changing in different states but if it was my house on the line i'd be doing more checking ..... i must confess i was once a registered private investigator lol
