One just really has to look at this companys history to know its tendency of destroying shareholder value. Whats this the third failed acquisition? Fourth? Followed by a capital raise and consolidation almost every other time. No other shell has ever had this much trouble with acquiring a backdoor listing.
This is proably going to sink to 0.1c then consolidated to 10 to 1 and then sink to 0.1c again. Avoid this company IMO.
