Odin selectively answering questions. I finally repsonded to their request for Q's this morning and have been ignored, here is the fb transcript.
Their refusal to even make a
response was the final nail in the coffin for me. They confirmed they were present on fb and had seen the questions by answering another poster, but still are silent when it comes to the most pertinent question: being how much of Gridcomm is ODN set to inherit. It seems very likely that Odin knows more about this than they are telling the investors, who they may have forgotten actually
own their company.
By the way if you agree that a repsonse to these questions should be answered, go onto facebook and say so, or even just "like".
Odin Energy If there are any specific questions feel free to post them here or email me directly - have always been open that I am available at all hours to answer any and all questions. There is a newsletter in progress but unfortunately managements time and energy are focused on company opportunities which take precedence at this point in time.
Sam Hunt I'm sorry you feel like a mushroom, but if you have any questions let me know.
Ryan Kenneth I'm looking forward to revisiting this conversation ref: management.

Damo Blommers Thanks for the offer. I do have some questions regarding consolidation ratios in the eventual deal. I believe that these questions are important; and are first and foremost on the minds of your investors.
1. To what degree has consolidation ratio been worked out? Has it been agreed yet?
2. If consolidation has been agreed why hasn’t it been released to the market?
3. If consolidation ratio has not been agreed, then what factors will come into play in determining the final ratio?
4. Has a range of likely consolidation ratios been agreed upon, if so why hasn’t that range been released to the market?
5. If a range of consolidation ratios has not been agreed upon, what sort of mechanisms are in place to decide a fair consolidation ratio for both ODN and Gridcomm?
6. What kind of safeguards are in place to protect ODN holders from unfavourable ratios – especially given that ODN will likely fail and delist should the deal fall through?
Sorry for the number of questions, but given the lack of information regarding the consolidation available, this amount is necessary. I'm sure you appreciate that the value of ODN stock is entirely dependent on this ratio.
Thanks for your time.

Ryan Kenneth Can't answer most of these unfortunately. I will be amazed if this brings any share holder value for existing Odn holders period..

Damo Blommers Odin Energy Thanks for the quick response to Ryan's question. I think there a lot of investors who would also appreciate a response to my earlier questions regarding consolidation.
Thanks in advance.
