"Further to the Company's announcement today and response to ASX's price and volume query, Cre8tek Limited (Company) requests an immediate suspension in the trading of its securities, to assist it with managing its continuous disclosure obligations whilst in the exclusive due diligence period with respect to the potential acquisition of Flamingo Customer Experience Inc.
The suspension is expected to remain in place until the expiry of the due diligence period on 1 June 2016. Should the transaction proceed, investors should note that it is possible that ASX may require the suspension remain until the transaction is completed.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the suspension. "

GL holders looks like they've skipped straight to DD which explains the suspicious desperate buying we saw.
