Dilution of the existing capital structure is one item Faldi pointed out in his initial notice. If a raise to investors has already taken place, and assuming a 20% stake - this may value the enterprise at $10m+. If the calcs are done at 3 cents, this could mean a tripling or more of the current shares on issue.
As a backdoor, Faldi's got his work cut out for him.
