Enterprise valued at 10mil (as you mentioned at 3c) - 333mil shares
Makes 567mil plus a "top up raise" brings it to about 600mil shares or so.
Sounds manageable IMO and gives the SP plenty of room.....RTO's have seen 100mil+ MC's with the right tech....
This one ticks the boxes so far.
