RFN's investor relations person, Matt, got back to me last night. He sent the email around 10pm so I'm sure he is dealing with lots of enquiries
The client situation was described to me as follows:
"There was certain attrition of clients, predominantly in the form of Wooboard customers, many of which were small customers not contributing a significant amount of revenue. Additionally, in terms of new client acquisition, there has been turnover of some sales staff that has slowed growth in the business."
