A lot of people from different cultures do help their children get into a home. They simply want their children to raise a family without the burden(or to simply minimize that burden) of a huge mortgage.
Turnbull is not saying anything that is new for a lot of families. Parents should "shell" out for their children and the Liberals are decent enough to help these Aussies through maintaining NG.
