Ann: Suspension from Official Quotation-MXC.AX, page-114

Hi everyone,

I have made a few lines of enquiry and thought I would share with you all.

Firstly, I have still received no response from ASX regarding my email yesterday (Shared in a previous post under this thread) which is quite odd considering prior to that email, I made a call in an attempt to query the situation, I was advised that they have a maximum 24 hour turnaround to their emails.

Secondly, when you call the company they answer as MGC Pharma however the after hours message has a different company name, I was provided the reasoning that is due to MGC sharing offices with other businesses to keep costs down (I still find that strange however, plausible)

The receptionist advised me that ASX asked for further clarity on RTG for the cap raise as there is a pretty big emphasis on it at the moment. She advised their solicitors were “Very surprised about this, the matter is almost cleared up and they are expecting to be relisted no later than Tuesday”

Finally, I have investigated all possible angles available to the public about Brett Mitchell and his business profile – it appears that the people questioning his dealings have legitimate reason to as the majority of the many, many companies he is tied to all seem to be failed.

What I can tell you is, the other executives of MXC appear to be quite well renowned and practiced in this industry so just because one director appears to be of concern, the company can still function “when you get a flat tyre, you don’t sell the car”


I intend to wait until Tuesday before I start to lose faith in this company as I still believe there is something good there but as always DYOR and good luck to everyone.
