Here are some thoughts from watching the drama:
Rto was ann a few months ago, Terms ( shares to be issued to gridComm owners) were never mentioned. Murky?
A few months later, we are none the wiser:
gridComm owners already know how many shares (post-consolidation) they will be getting, BUT not odn shh (owners)
Why?
Consolidation of existing odn shares ( ratios ? - 1/10, 1/5, 1/3, 1/x ?), deciding the fate of odn sh/h is still unclear.
Qns: Will odn shh end up owning 5%, 10%, 20%, ?% of gridComm - is the key question.
Is this fair and reasonable?
What were Directors doing and thinking,... for the 'best interests' retail Odn sh/h?
Is this ASX compliant?
Will ASIC investigate this?
