David Henson's Video is also a must watch, even if you aren't an engineer, as he addresses a particular point of debate on here and that being the PSI results for mesh products.

In the video regarding the fly-ash he says that LWP have learnt how to:
    1) Control fly-ash
    2) Alloy it
    3) To make and enhance properties
    4) Control the Krombein factor (how to make perfectly round pellets)
    5) Tailor the Strength properties. This is the winner. LWP's technology can produce low strength proppants @ 4K up to High Strength proppants @15K.

LWP is presently working on sand entry proppants between 5K to 7K for Australia to replace the fracced sand being imported from Minnesota US.

He also mentions the reason for the 3000 tonne per year Pilot Plant in Clontarf and why it is not a full blown manufacturing plant. He says that the plant is scaled up for the Australian fly-ash product for demonstration and current discussions, India (Pune Plant) for Indian needs and that work is under way in Texas for their needs as well as other countries.

    Lots of good information guys.
