Currently PLS is rising based on retail exurberence. It starts faltering. They will all be running to GXY and GMM.
Instos don't want PLS when GXY is safer and income producing. Hence their capping this and accumulating whilst letting PLS run up. Just wait till shorts come into PLS it will end in tears.
