The obvious answer to that is both cheerleaders and whingers have blinkers on.
Both camps have valid arguments.

The cheerleaders state the obvious which is FAR and partners have a major oil find.
The cheerleaders accept the fact that dilution is a fact of life to raise funds.
The cheerleaders accept the low SP but don't accept the reasons why its low.
The cheerleaders say management are doing a great job even though its out of their hands now and all they can do is raise money to stay in the game.

The whingers are mostly impatient get rich quick investors.
The whingers had no idea how much dilution would be involved just to keep up with the big boys.
The whingers know they have a big oil find but cant understand why the SP is so low.
The whingers look for alternative reasons why their investment is stagnant.
The whingers bemoan the fact their money is tied up with no reward.
The whingers think management are too greedy and are doing a bad job.

Simple really.
And on and on it goes.....
Until the SP goes bananas then all come together as one....
