The management of Syntonic is beautiful I wouldn't be here if it was a bunch of unknowns, early tech start ups are never going to launch new game changing products/software without any hassles, there is going to be hiccups along the way, it's always seems to be the case with tech, nothing ever goes perfectly to plan, you have to give them time.
From memory for performance shares to convert, the addressable market must be 100m in 12 months, 150m in 18months (for Freeway), it's difficult to really understand what this benchmark is, does it refer to downloads? Is it simply the launch of the product into the market? I really don't know, it's vague.
