Ive been snowboarding for years with my go pro, wouldn't go anywhere without. They don't have screens to assess your photo's up on the hill, you film heaps, take heaps of photo's and hope for the best when you get back home. That didn't stop anyone buying them.
Further on that point though the go pro software does Bluetooth link to my phone so i can check photo's and watch videos right then and there (I don't snowboarding but could if i wanted). We haven't seen the software with Roame but considering go pro have been doing it for 2 years now i can bet my bottom dollar that the fact it tethers to your mobile, you will also be able to view photos.
The Roame instant streams video for upload so viewing photos during flight wouldn't be a problem. I appreciate you having a difference in opinion, anything else you would like to discuss?
