Yeah, the real money has been in real estate, around here it's going absolutely gangbusters, up 17% in the last year. A few acres covered in tree stumps along the the road here with a derelict house on it went for $1.32m recently. I see it's been much the same in Sydney and Melbourne.

Maybe you should sell your pieces of 8 and get into it while it's still hot.

BTW, hope you didn't pay to much for Jim Rickards' new book, it's selling on Amazon for $10, which means it isn't exactly a blockbuster. His other bomb 'Currency Wars' is available to $2 if you want to amuse yourself with a few conspiracy theories.
