With all due respect, perhaps you wouldn't know what down-ramping is versus thoughts from a former holder and possible entrant on news. Given your literacy doesn't extend to the word "forum", perhaps it doesn't go beyond the phrase "not held".
IMO, the disclosure function on HC adds nothing and often incites muppets. They should do away with it.
