So you think it inappropriate to state a problem unless you can also provide a solution? Presumably you also believe that if you dont acknowledge a problem you have no obligation to do anything?
Some posters on the forum believe that sea levels are not rising. Some believe that sea levels are rising at a low rate. Some even believe that they are falling. All I have done is provide information showing an accelerated sea level rise in recent years. The contribution of melting ice sheets to rising sea levels has increased about five fold in the last decade. I think it will be another decade before the implications of rising sea levels become clearer.
What is wrong with speculating on a trend anyway? Isn't that the essence of hotcopper?
