I doubt ASIC will be much for NOR to worry about but it might just help move the releases along a bit.
Unless somebody inside was dumb enough to get their mum to buy some in her own name or even worse their on name.
NOR will simply argue that somebody is making a punt on the OTT's which have been released on multiple ASX statements are under discussion.
Asic don't seem to able to stop the much at all these days. I think we have to trade like the russians were insider trading is part of life. If the odds look good like NOR did last week ,then you take the punt.
