The main thought behind 10 days is the original process from application to PL should have been 6 weeks according to the complaint lodged by SMM not the 3 days as demonstrated by Axiomkb, the other few matters are a due course meaning those land owners who were not included in the original application which proved to the court that 3 days was insufficient as it negated all land owners , is now been fixed otherwise we would be going through a complete new process....the CoA indicated it would set aside the PL until the Government done the proper constructed documents necessary to comply with the CoA. that has now been done add 10 days we have complied. if im wrong well im wrong but i will back my dates ....cheers IMO
