    I am not so sure shane. Though i appreciate your comments and opinions, the announcement mentions that the SIG would seek expressions of interest... Seems a bit strange to seek expressions of interest in a public forum if the only company that has been invited to apply has already submitted a PL...?

    Fuzz , Invest what do you think? Can either of you shed some light here? Is AVQ the only company allowed to apply in this EOI??
