the article is from one of the US stock tip sheets - maybe from the "Agora financial " stable.
To find out the companies they are talking about you need to take out a subscription - of course :).
They nailed the Canada oils sands story pretty accurately a few years ago but i reckon this one might take a bit longer to get off the ground.
