Referral from doctors should be steadying and go back to normal. What are they going to do? not refer ppl for x-rays because of fear/cost? That is malpractice. If people have chest pain, will they avoid taking a x-ray because of cost? what save $200 and suffer months of pain, and possibly risk having cancer/tumor growth.
NAB got to de-risk, and got commissions from selling the Bonds. CAJ lowered it's debt covenants.
AMA and Radiology Association should hit Turnball with a big media campaign soon.
