So why the hell is this Intervision a part of the newly listed Group, what does it have that the group needs to fully realise its goals.

It is obviously in the cloud and we don't see it like Simon Kantor Tech guru 180 plus IQ does.

I am chomping at the bit to know why they have incorporated into the group.
