    NOR charts show;

    NOR ..today needs 75m VOL ...to breach the Breakout ..at 5.5c again .

    IF we see NOR trades 75m Vol today..then 5.5c can be Broken thru.

    looks like ..NOR needs a Rest on Support.. at 4.6c or 5c ..as the Volume cools off
    ..or until more NEWS .. excites buyers again.
