You are right that they may use XPE's chips some day though.
If you take that approach, you may as well start comparing XPE with BHP, WOW or any share that may use our chips?
XPE are a company who develop technology that is to be used by businesses, mostly B2B. IOT develop products, however good or smart, to sell to consumers B2C.
In my opinion they are two very different companies. I dont see why that matters to anything, just saying there are very little similarities there.
