Sadly this business is short on work and short on skill, reference their recent announcements of lower revenue and problem projects and cost blowouts all over the place.
They also admit that the village remains empty.
People have been coming and going on this website for years, trying to talk up this stock. They never last long. It's enough to make you cross-eyed.
