If the SP climbs slowly (eg: 5 cents a year), then the fees will not be large at all. Yes dividends will help as well.
Large performance fees may not be an issue in the future if they have the profit and cash flow to pay them. Currently we have neither the profits, revenue or cash flow available to sustain large fees.
