Even a junior programmer with at least 3 years experience developing softwares will cost ~100-120K .
A team of 6-8 people will keep them floating with development cycles. Plus agile is dead and continuous delivery is now the new norm so product managers will likely demand some customization around product use.
Will also need a system reliability engineer and a couple of network admins. All in all ~1/1.2 mil a year
Add expenses for directors/hardware and so on.

Now add sales people , consultants and other compliances and this is just enough money for 2 years I think.
However in 2 years plenty should happen given that the product is developed and ready for deployment.
I think we should start seeing revenue by the third quarter once fully acquired no matter how small that may be.
