I'm highly suspicious companies that promote themselves in terms of share price targets. Usually a sign of excessive hype to smaller retail. It was very common in small resources 2010-2011 - nearly of which totally disappointed.

Manage the business well and the sp will take care of itself in time.

I don't understand why management would promote Moelis or their price target. It doesn't matter a hoot if management delivering the goods. It only matters, and is a kind of ramping, if some serious doubt about delivering the goods.
