Currently very cheap, based on fundamentals. PE 8
I bought more after their recent announcement.
This is not just a property development company, it has increasing interests in recurring income streams from property funds management, holiday ownership and retirement.
Once the market catches on I expect it to be re-rated to double the current share price.
