Sorry Red, need to elaborate as i haven't done as much research in their products as you, if by "compute sticks" you mean a product.
I'm pretty familiar with commercial law, and the defendant would need to show what damages XTV has done. If there was no sales from XTV, that also means there is no breach of patent.
