It is not semantics. It is a matter of fact.
This is an important aspect of this takeover for FMS, and it is an important issue for us shareholders.
Categorically Todd does not have any right to withdraw!
They can apply to ASIC to request permission to withdraw, and ASIC might or might not give them permission.
Todd would have to provide compelling reasons to persuade ASIC to allow Todd to withdraw.
And I believe that ASIC is quite reluctant to allow early withdrawal of a takeover bid.
if you or any shareholders have any doubts, ring the Corporate Advisor to FMS who is advising FMS during this takeover. He will confirm the situation. Best get it confirmed, so that shareholders get the correct info.
